<p>Dealing with Wes bank today was a nightmare, I was requesting a simple document from around 11:00 am I only got it after 15:00 after making numerous calls and fighting.</p> <p>This document I was requesting need to be submitted before 13:00, and miss the deadline. Missing the deadline will have very serious negative impact on me financially that is the 1st part.</p> <p> </p> <p>The 2nd part Wes bank is assisting a certain dealership with car financing for clients this dealership is so *******. I raised this with Wes bank in 2015 about this car dealership, and I wanted to cancel the deal as I was within time frame as per the law and consumer act, they refused to assist till the time lapsed. The name of the car dealership is Western Autohaus – in the west rand next to horizon view shopping center. The car is still with the dealership I never used the car since 2015, but I have been paying Wes Bank diligently and I never miss a payment. It makes me wonder if Wes bank is it about helping people or are they also into preying on innocent consumers?</p>
