Has Wesbank closed down? They are definitely not working from home either!!!

I obtained a settlement agreement from Wesbank vie the FNB platform. As per this agreement the vehicles account was then settled. I then emailed the Proof of payment to the *** email address as requested. I then requested the vehicles Natis documents and this is where the proverbial popo hit the fan. My request was declined as the settlement was not finalised on their system. I tried to contact them and it seems that everybody working for Wesbank is hiding from the Covid virus. You can call any Wesbank telephone number on their wesite and you will not find anybody to answer your call. Wesbank has closed down as it seems nobody is working at the moment. I then logged a complaint on their website. This did not help either.
