HARRASMENT AND UNFAIR TREATMENT FROM WESBANK

The beginning of July 2020 I went under debt review with NDC and all my creditors were informed. Summary proposal was sent to all my creditors including wesbank. To my surprise, I got a call on the 27th October 2020 from wesbank debt review department, the lady by name of Agnes Mathe advise me that they have terminated debt review process on their side on the 2nd of October 2020 as they did not receive any response from debt counselors with regards to their proposed offer and they will be coming to take the car or I should pay them the outstanding amount. I then contact my debt counselors to notity them of the call from wesbank and email received from Agnes and to my surprise, the debt counsellors had no knowledge of this. Trails of emails showing all the response from my debt counselors were sent to wesbank lady Agnes of which in response she requested my debt counselors to provide her with proof of communication from wesbank accepting the offer made by my debt counselors . Now thats what confuses me as her initial communication with me was that response was never received from my debt counselors now she require proof where wesbank accepted offer from my debt counselors, which does not make sense. After her calls, I then received calls from a guy by the name of Gift Masilo who advised that he's from the recovery unit and would like to come inspect the car in order to obtain judgment from the court to repossess the car. I then advised him that I have raised a query with my debt counselors and all communications were forwarded to wesbank and we now waiting for Anges's reasonse. Masilo insisted on having an appointment with me though I have told him that Agnes has to respond to the query raised. I then asked if he had any communication that was sent to me when wesbank terminated this file from debt review and he advised that will try to find something that shows that particular communication, this was on the Tuesday 4th November 2020 and since then he went quiet. Today I get home and cleaners advised me that there was a tow truck that was waiting outside the whole day and the guys(a white and a black males) were asking them if they know me. I then contacted Gift Masilo and he advised that he doesn't have knowledge of this as he's the only one handling the matter and he was not in Pretoria so there's no way he was the one outside.I then requested the same communication I requested on Tuesday and he advised that he is s set still looking for that and Will come back to me. According to my knowledge, proporties can not be repossessed if one is under formalized debt review however, it seems like this does not apply to wesbank. I have been harrased, threatened and treated badly by wesbank. I have lodged a complaint with the ombudsman yesteday and I'm still awaiting their feedback on the matter.
