had a payment arrangement and still being charged penalties

<p>I made an arrangement to pay a few days late as I was waiting for my maternity UIF money, they loaded the debit order but it didn't go off I phoned again to ask why it never went off they loaded it again went off but now I see that they charging me r250 +- extra, after I was told I wouldn't be charged penalties, please get Clayton to phone as he was assisting me</p>
