Good evening sir/ madam My name is Sithembele Gqoloda I would like to lay a complaint to you and looking for resolutions. I both a vehicle and Wesbank is fanencing me. I have missed three payments in different mouths but I'm still paying the monthly installments. Today I have a visitor claiming he is from Wesbank by the name of Romeo Rossouw. He told me to pay know the areas or he is taking the vehicle I tried to explain to him. The guy told he is not going to listen to me. I must take the vehicle to this address Auctioneers no. 17 Dacres Avenue Epping Cape Town if not he will take this matter to court and I'll and up paying more than R20,000 for hiding the vehicle. I just want to find out is this how Wesbank treat their customers who left with 2 years to finish their contact please help
