Good evening
My account with Nedbank is in Arears, and I had sent an email to be bank and ii have tried to indicate as per attached document what happen to the car and I have indicated from the chain email below. I have called the bank to ask for an arrangements and I was directed to call the debt collectors to make and arrangement with them, however they asked to call the bank. So it was the issue of debt collectors or the bank. I have contacted the Debt collector’s manager Riaan van zly to arrangement with him, he refused and they have send the debt collector to come to my premises to collect the car. When they have arrived the called the wesbank Agent who explain to me why the debt collector are in my premises.
I have understood what the WESBANK agent said to me and I was not willing to handover the car back, however, I refuse to give the car back however the guys in my premises instated the they are not repossessing they car they are taking it for a safe keeping since it is in arears to I can make arrangement as per a highlighted email below.
I am not happy with the conduct of the debt collectors, they came to misled me, the hidden the attached termination letter and the made me to sign and I was told that it is an assessment form. They haven’t give me a time to think about the decision they have instant that they need the car for a safe keeping. I feel harassed, ******, bulled and fooled and forceful so in order for me to hand over the car to them. As part of the arrangement as per the agreement, I would like to reverse and amend the whatever they asked me to sign as I believe it is uncalled for upon my account. I believe my rights was being violated. I have app**** for a debt review and please include the wesbank account to be considered there. I use the vehicle for a work since I work shifts even now I am coming from work this time.

Good day.
The agent that came to my premises were forcing me to do so, the Wesbank agent was taking about surrendering and they are talking about the safe keeping. I found the two things contradicting and they were already in the premises to force me to surrender the car, hence they hided the attached documents as and say it is an assessment form. I agreed with the Wesbank agent that I agreed and understand her explanation, I was about to refuse to handover the car but the agent in my premises forceful insist that they are taking it for safe keeping.
It was at night and they attached document was hidden and I was told it is an assessment form, I still stand that I was misled and treated unfair at least I would like you to allow the account to be included on the debt review. At least it will sound fair enough for me. I don’t accept the manner how they act toward taking my car. The very same day during the day I spoke to Riaan van zyl to ask I change to think about it after I have outline the plan how to play and arrears, after what I went through with the car., I was not given that chance to do so.
I feel traumatized, misled and treated unfairly.
Kindly help with to reserve the mistreat decision that happen into the whole process, I lot of thing was not done correctly and I was told that they need the car for safe keeping.
I very serious and I am in the suicidal situation, I work shifts and I use this car for a work purpose. Kindly regards Tsietsi Mnkansi an misled Wesbank ***

Good Day Mr. Mnkansi,
With regards to the below email,
Kindly be advised that the day the agent was at your premises to collect the vehicle a voice valuation of the Voluntary Termination Notice was done with yourself and the WesBank agents, on the call the agent advised you what the Voluntary Termination Notice is regarding and what the process will be when the vehicle is collected with the document, on the recording you as the customer discussed the matter with the agent that was at your premises and the process of a court order was also explained where you agreed on a recording that you will Voluntary Surrender the vehicle.
Kindly be advised that the documents cannot be withdrawn and the account cannot be taken under debt review as the agreement has been canceled, for the account to be re-instated we need the arrears amount as discussed to be paid.

Good day Andries This first sentence is not correct. I feel like I was misled or ******. I was not showed or given this attached to read and understand, they came at night and I was told that it is an assessment form. I was not at all given this attached form to read it., please consider how I was treated, is very ugly the way how they did this to me. Can you please not proceed with this as I withdrawing whatever they did. Nobody informed me about the Voluntary Termination Notice, I was told that they are taking the car for a safe keeping, as per a highlighted email from them below. They came at night, they didn’t give anything to read, they assess the vehicle and gave an assessment form to sign and they left. I don’t allow to be misled and be treated like this. What did I do t them to deserve to be misled like this. Nobody made me aware that I am volunteering to surrender the vehicle, which I would like this to be looked as I don’t agree with the manner of their approach, I was misled , I was asked to sign the assessment form, and I would like to withdraw whatever they didn’t and allow me to take an account to the debt review. I Would like you to consider that the below highlighted email from Penny Mtebe from Bankcol and the manner which they explain from is incorrect the statement is misleading. It doesn’t set well with me, I cannot just be ****** to the car because of their incorrect statement toward me as the customer. I would like this to be taken serious and may somebody intervene and help me. I very serious and I am in the suicidal situation, I work shifts and I use this car for a work purpose.
