Going out of their way to assist my Deaf brother

I would just like to thank Kgomotso and Marius at the Roodepoort branch of Wesbank for assisting my brother with his Finance application, after over a week trying to get wesbank to generate a contract and trying to explain that my brother cannot conclude the deal over the phone as he is deaf, Kgomotso offered to help together with Marius they then concluded the deal at the Roodepoort branch, thank you for being willing to help a person with a disability even when you barely understood him but took the time to make sure he fully understood the terms and conditions
