Going on 4 weeks trying to Sign a contract

<p>4 weeks back i app**** for finance for a vehicle through Wesbank private finance(biggest mistake). Everytime i have to phone in to ask whats happening when will i Sign i have to verify all my details which because a pain when you calling 2 3 time a day.</p> <p>Validations took 1 week neccesary documents another week and after giving them all the documents requested paying them last week the licence fee beging them to draw up my contract so i could Sign as i have had a Rental car for 2 weeks now already thanks to this. Now they dont want to do anything because the licence disc EXPIRED,</p> <p>I have paid for licence why not licence the car and it will have a new disc? </p> <p> </p> <p>Now because of this they want the seller to take leave again at work to go get a disc for 1 day by then the settlement letter would have EXPIRED for the 3rd time already then we repeat the whole process again.</p> <p> </p> <p>Whenever i ask to speak to a Superior or manager seeing that O'neal is working under supervision,They are Never available they dont have cell number they for ever in a meeting they dont call me back.</p> <p> </p> <p>It is rather disgusting that it has to reach this extent that i hope it lands at some higher power who can assist me </p>
