Going extra miles for clients

I've been struggling to get through to customer service but a lady by the name of Tiago from the collection department went an extra mile to assist and said if I am still not receiving what I am enquiring I can call her and she'll keep pushing my matter until it's resolved. I really appreciate such hard work and dedication to clients. Thank you.
