I voluntary surrendered my car on the 27 December 2024. My contract says, they will store the car for 10 business days and then auction it. I got the value of my car on the Monday 30th December 2024. According to me the car was supposed to be auctioned any day from the 13th of January 2025. I got a call from a guy named Mahlatse, because I saw fees I am not aware of. I went through my contract, but I am trying to understand why it is taking so long and why is WesBank quiet and all I see on my app is money added on. I am very displeased with the service, treatment. I am seeking legal advice or advise to anyone of this sort. This can't be right. It is the 7th of February 2025. I don't know what is happening.
