Frustration with Poor Service and Unreasonable Charges from Wesbank
Wesbank requested an updated confirmation of my vehicle insurance. I informed them that I needed to obtain it from our company group insurance, which typically takes some time—especially with Easter weekend in between. Despite my efforts, they haven't responded to my emails or answered their phones. Now, they've added debt protection to my premium, increasing it by over R600 per month, because I didn't provide the requested letter. I have since emailed it to them, but I doubt I will receive any further response. I am frustrated with this process and sincerely hope that someone from Wesbank will address this issue once they see it on HelloPeter.
