Frustrated and ****ed off

Let me take this time to thank you wesbank for messing up my credit record. You submit false information to credit bureau. How can my account be arrears if I called to request to pay my account on the 31st of August 2020, to make matters worse I asked the consultant before I agreed to this skip payment **** and I was told I won't have a negative impact on my credit profile. Then debt collectors were on my case asking when will I be able to pay. How can my account be in arrears for R14k how? Can this month's payment amount to R14k? Why are you ****ing up my credit record?

I was granted payment holiday for 3 months and it came to an end last month. I tried to change my payment date to 31 August and couldn't be assisted on time. Its not like the pandemic has ended noooooo some of us this has not ended. If you can check my payment history I have never missed any payment until the natural disaster, my record speaks for itself. Now it's a one size fits all approach woooow wesbank.

I can not trade in my cars for a cheaper one because of your arrears, and you can not even assist me. Banks only assist when everything is smooth but when challenges come you are on your own. My money is of value to you when you chow it but when I ask you assistance you distance yourself.

Ask area manager James to assist me like Before. I am parting ways with 10k every month for 2 cars and I am asking to lower my instalment you don't want to assist. Or may I should let credit ombudsman assist me with the matter.
