frustrated

<p>My name is Tsakane Maluleka and i was involved in a car accident on sa****ay in Mpumalanga,siyabuswa..my car is financed by wesbank and i ddint have a comprehensive insurance so i was i am covered by hollard outstanding debt policy which only covers for when a vehicle is a write off or ****** and not recoverd and in my case the car is write off.From my understanding you need to report the accident to wesbank within 48 hours after the accidents on the number ***but i havent received feedback yat i am just transfered from one consultant to the other,some of who are rude..already i have the accident report from the police in the area where the accident happened but got no help from wesbank..it is really frustrating me beacuse i want the claim to be solved as soon as possible</p>
