From approved, to insurance to a all of sudden decline!
I app**** for a car on the 27th of Feb, on the 28th I received a email with a approval and had to send in some documents. On Tuesday the 4th of march I was contacted to get my insurance, which I did and debit order is now outstanding and send the dealership OTP. Fast forward to today the 6th my wife called in just to find out where in the process we are where she was spoken to very rudely by a consultant that refused to assist her. But since Thursday she was assisted just by any consultant, for example deal at credit, or deal in que which was more then enough for us to keep the dealership in the loop. She never asked any personal details or personal things about the application. Eventually after a very long struggle today I finally got put through to someone where I got informed my deal was declined on the 28th of February. So my question now is? Who is the person that send me the approval, who is the person that told me to get the insurance, that I HAVE TO PAY FOR NOW!!!! Why is there no communication from WESBANK in this regard. Why did I have to drive up and down for OTP's and phone around to get insurance for a deal that was declined. But this whole time when I phone I was told the deal is approved!?! I have never in my life seen such bad service. I am utterly disappointed with the lack of communication and the lies I have been told. Telling me to get all my stuff ready and just to find out I was declined was all a LIE!!!
