********** affiliation with DirectAxis

Wesbank affiliate with DirectAxis and I don’t understand that a reputable company like Wesbank would associate with them. I was issued a loan of R37,000 by DirectAxis. ONLY R37,000 WAS PAID OUT!!! yet they loaded a debit order instruction for R66,000 on my account - R30,000 MORE THAN WHAT WAS GRANTED!!!!!! I have e-mailed my credit loan agreement to them and followed up yet I do not get the courtesy of a response. They where very quick to send me the approval letter but how can they charge me R30,000 more!!!!! Efforts to resolve this falls ok deaf ears and I don’t get a courtesy of a response apart from a generalized automated response!!!
