***** - WESBANK AND HYNDAI

<p>Hello, I did an application for a Hyundai TUSCON last year in December with Wesbank through Hyundai Automotive South Africa. I was told that the deal was declined because of affordability so I LEFT IT AT THAT. I never contacted Hyundai again about this deal ever since. On friday the 10th of February '17 i received an sms from Wesbank with my name and Wesbank account number stating that my balance is</p> <p>R 140 446.13 and that my account is in arrears of R 2 248.01. Shocked by this, i immediately called the Hyundai Automotive SA F & I to equire about this , she assured me that the deal was declined, but to my surprise she told me that she had received remittance from the back for this deal THE PREVIOUS DAY. I then called the bank to get more information. They confirmed that there is a deal on the system and indeed my balance is R 140 446.13. So i asked him to send me a copy of the contract as i never signed any contract . He said that there is no contract on the system infact there is no document on the system that would warrant the bank to activate this deal.</p> <p>I AM DEEPLY DISAPPOINTED IN WESBANK. EVEN THOUGH THERE IS SOME ***** ON THE DEALERS SIDE , HOW CAN SUCH A BIG COMPANY LIKE WESBANK ACTIVATE A DEAL WITHOUT A CONTRACT OR ANYTHING THAT SHOWS THE INTENTION TO BUY. I DEMAND THAT THIS DEAL BE CANCELED . I WILL NOT WAIT FOR THE INVESTIGATION TO BE COMPLETED WHILE MY CREDIT PROFILE GETS AFFECTED NEGATIVELY.</p>
