***** is Wesbank Billing/Settlement system
On the 01 Feb 2016 I made a settlement towards my vehicle finance I had with Wesbank and actually paid R79000.
According to the settlement letter from Wesbank I had to pay a settlement amount of R 78,428.03 no later than 3/2/2016. With reference to the e-mail below.

On the 2/2/2016 I provided Wesbank with the proof of payment requested them to refund the credit due to me after they have cleared their settlement amount. I even gave them my 2 banking account details.

It took Wesbank 2 weeks (after my several e-mail and telephonic requests & follow ups) from the date of settlement to release my Natis documents.

15 days after I settled my account, wesbank again debited my account a monthly installment on top of the owed settlement credit balance due to me.

Again I sent them several e-mail and telephonic requests & follow ups requesting that they return/refund all the monies due to (over debited installment & the owed settlement credit balance due to me). Wesbank formally confirmed that they were going to pay my money on the 18 Feb 16 and they didn't. The insufficient money/refund (over debited installment only) was paid on the 26 Feb 16.
Wesbank now ignores my e-mail follow ups
