***** and harassment

We were financed by Wesbank, paid up the loan/finance. Now we keep getting smses and calls about not settling the account. We call the bank, we are put in hold for more than an hour with no help. We are being harassed as loyal customers. Now apparently we have a legal case, which is being communicated on whatsapp...

I suspect there is ***** happening there, information might be sold and database may not be upto date. This is harassment.
