In 2020 i bought a car through westbank agent whereby i was promised ENatis certificate and was told the car would be registered under my name. Weeks and months passed untill i escalate the matter to westbank head office, i was asssisted by Nandi Mgobozi and she comfired that the car indeed belongs to Westbank, she requested me to writte evrything on an email and i did. My last communicated with her is that the matter is with IO of westbank by the name of Dave, she gave me contacts of Dave and i tried to reach Dave then since he told me that his busy investigating what happened to the car. I tried to make follow ups then Dave all the times his busy in a meeting. I became so frustated and stressed then i opned a case of *****. Since December 2020 the car was impound by the SAPS because i have opned a case and so they say it was best for me not to continue driving the car, the disc had expired and the car is exposed to weather conditions and loosing value at the police station, while my money is gone. Can westbank please furnish me with the neccessary documentation of this vehicle
