I have taken a car finance with Wesbank last month but I’ve already experienced nonsense. I contacted them this morning to find out more information about my finance. Initially the car is 109k cash price, and added all the other things it amounted to R121512.50 of which includes the micro Policies Bumper to Bumper ASTP Step up warranty Platinum Ad Cover NONSENSE I want it out as of today. I’ve paid in R10 000 deposit for the car and if my calculations serves me well its supposed to be R121512.50 minus R10 000 equals to R111512.50 instead the balance is R121512.50 how is that possible after paying the R10 000. According to the statement I have the initial finance is R203552.56 minus R10 000 equals R193552.56. What ***** is going here between Wesbank and the Car Dealer Imperial? The Lady names Cindy Schoeman swears to death that she doesn’t know anything about the 131K she only requested Finance for 121K and few odds, and she also said to me those micro policy I see on my contract is a Must have as requested by the bank. I want that nonsense removed too because Ill be paying unnecessary high instalment for people who are gaining at other people’s expense.. Someone better sort this ******* out ASAP.
