Four phone calls, four different answers

I'm R50 000 in advance on my account. Requesting a Capital Reduction via the Call Centre (***), Tazneem assisted me in mid-March. Taking the advance paying and my Balloon Payment into consideration, she came to a total installment of R128.77 per month over 37 months... even advising me not to do it. I said thanks, told her not to save it on her system as I wanted to think about it... I should've told her to save it! I made three further calls, each time talking to a different person... Michelle told me the installment would be R1 308... Ashwin did the calculation manually, not even using the system an came up with R1 308 as an installment... When I asked him about a refund on the advanced amount, he got a little cheeky with me and told me to provide proof of payment for the advanced amount and that WesBank wasn't a normal Financial Institution. I couldn't just put money in and take money out, he said... never mind that all the proof is right there on my account for all to see and that the payments I've made have been made from an FNB account, which, in case you've forgotten, is part of your group.

Today I made a 4th call. Shane was the first person to inform me that I need to give 15 days notice in order for the reduced installment to go off the same month. He said only the advance amount was used to reduce the installment... I understood that to mean that you take the R50 000, divide it by the remaining term and then deducted that amount from the current installment. Is that correct? He gave me an installment of R1 266.99 (granted, a month has past since the first three calls)...

How does a system throw out four different amounts... well, expect for Ashwin, who used a calculator instead of his computer... go listen to the calls, they're there.

Can someone in a Senior position, who is an expert on the system and who'll be able to give me the correct information please give me a call?
