Foreign Nationals are unfairly rated on interest and deposit

I am sad to write such a review to Westbank. I am an FNB banker , but i have recently app**** for a car and i am told because i am a foreign National i am charged interest at 17% and asked to pay deposit of 42% on a Tata Sedan of 43 000KM and price of 110 000 how is this fair ??? i have all documents sent employment confirmed that i have worked in the country for over 6 years already and contract is permanent .. How do we survive in this country when a reputable bank treats us like this???
