Forcing double payments on Cancellation
I've traded in my BMW 320d account number ***. The car was settled 26 Nov 2020. On the 27th the monthly payment was deducted as well. (understandably) I've been sending mail apon mail to enquire on the refund to *** with absolutely no reply. To the contrary I've been mailed a stetement that the next payment will be deducted 26 Dec 2020, so that too is not cancelled. It seems like when your bank account is in their hands, well...your's are chopped off. ☹️
