FNB/WESBANK/ON ROAD PROTECT - What is this product about?

As per my post on "Road Protect (Pty) Ltd" - 15 Nov 2022, 09:52 RIDICULOUS MONEY MAKING SCHEME TARGETED THROUGH FNB I wouldn't even give it one star. I have never received any correspondence from this company since I joined. Started querying the product with FNB (as I obtained the product through them), with no feedback from either party, for about 6 months. FNB don't even endorse this product anymore but kept on deducting monthly premiums from my account, without correspondence that they are no longer in partnership with them. This is *******... for years we pay our premiums, but when we query this, and ask for cancellations, there is delays, with further premiums being deducted. Didn't even get one cents worth out of premiums paid for probably well over 5 years. Add that to your bottom line. Can't even cancel a policy retrospectively as requested.

This should be reported to the FAIS Ombud...

-- Update -- When the cancellation finally came through this morning, it is directly from ***? How does it come from FNB if I am being told by a representative of FNB who phoned me to stop debit orders (at my cost) "that it isn't endorsed through FNB anymore?" Also, requested cancellation retrospectively with a refund of all my premiums paid, as I have not received a single document detailing the product as required by the FAIS Act... and they cancel it from 1 Nov. Someone needs to provide answers here... like all the other reviews, this is not proper conduct. Have requested formal complaints procedures, or to proceed with a complaint to the FAIS Ombud.
