FNB Wesbank is trying to bully me into an unwanted insurance cover for my vehicle they are financing

FNB Wesbank is trying to bully me into an unwanted insurance cover for my vehicle they are financing. Few weeks ago I got a call from one of thier agents requesting me to submit proof of comprehensive cover for my car. The bank's agent promised to sent me am email address to send the confirmation of cover. She also informed that failure to do so will result in FNB Wesbank forcing additional cover as part of my monthly installments. Needless to say, the details were never sent to me.

Two days ago, I get an email from FNB Wesbank saying, I didnt submit the requested insurance cover proof, therefore they are going to include a cover in my monthly repayments. I sent them a complaint email mentioning that I did not get an email with email address to sent the proof. I included a proof of comprehensive cover with my respond. I also ask the RMB private banker at assist me to resolve this issue and halt their unwanted cover.

Three days, I got a confirmation that the cover is going ahead and that the next installment they're going to deduct the forced cover.

I really dont appreciate the bullying tactics by FNB Wesbank with its buddy Hollard. I've always had an insurance cover for my car. I've never skipped a payment for both the car repayments and the comprehensive insurance (ABSA iDirect). Si I dont know what gives the right to want to ***** my money.

I have two homeloans with FNB, a cheque account, Money Call & Sharebuilder accounts. I dont know why are they trying these dirty tactics with me when I have been a good customer to them.
