FNB & Wesbank (How can we help you........(Van die wall af in die sloot in)

<p>Have been looking for a bakkie the past few month to buy and do the finance through Wesbank as I'm a client with FNB for the past 30 + years.</p> <p> </p> <p>Did several applications BUT:</p> <p>1st application was for a RAV4 in Nelspruit. Application was done and approve by Wesbank. Before I could proceed with the deal the car was in accident.</p> <p> </p> <p>2nd aapplication was done on a RAV4 with a dealer (friend) in Bloemfontein but by the time Wesbank got back to the dealer the car was sold already.</p> <p> </p> <p>3rd application was now done through a dealer in CT but the installment is very high and eventhough i could affort it it is really to much at this stage to afford.</p> <p> </p> <p>My problem is this: I spoke to 2 people that work at Wesbank finance department just to find out that they penalize you if you didn't sign and took the deal. In both the 1st and second attempts it was not even my fault that the deal didn't happened and now they penalized me! Where do they come from........FNB!</p> <p> </p> <p>Another thing that i heard is that they phone the dealer directly and ask the dealer why didn't wasn't the deal finalized. Wow the dealer can tell them anything BUT they are not prepare to phone the client that did the application for the deal. Why not ??????????</p> <p> </p> <p>So i can't believe that the bank that advertized all over "How can we help you" and "Where do you came from...........FNB" acctually penalized you if it doesn't go according to their processes and they don't even consider you as the client to have your opinion.</p> <p> </p> <p>So much for good services!</p>
