FNB Vehicle Finance is pathetic

FNB vehicle financing has been a nightmare. I app**** over a week ago. First they sent my application to the wrong department. After I had submitted all the documentation TWICE. Then when I finally get an approved quote the instalment amount is drastically different from the amount quoted. I realised that the FNB staff member must have automatically added the optional extras to the installment, but 2 emails, 3 phone calls and 2 days later "Tshepo" is still unavailable to talk to me. I have been a loyal FNB client, with 8 accounts for years and I am struggling like this to loan a measly R50 000?! Highly disgusted.
