FNB vehicle finance falsehoods

<p>I submitted an online application for vehicle finance on 16 May. I received confirmation stating I would be contacted within 24 hours. Today is the 25th May and despite five follow up emails I have still not been contacted. When I try to phone I am put on hold for an inordinate time, ironically being given a repeated message that I can submit my application on line and receive instant confirmation. This is incredibly frustrating and well below the service I have come to expect from FNB!!!</p>
