FNB Insurance a **** - auctioning clients cars when in accidents

My spouse vehicle is insured and financed by FNB. A month ago my spouse was involved in an accident. FirstHelp towed the car. After countless follow ups, we were told that the claim is less than 60% damage we opted to collect the car from panel beater, only to discover that the car was declared a write-off (mind you it’s on only 1fender and bumper that’s damaged); and the car was listed for actioning by FNB.
