FNB finance refused but not giving reason. Is there a racial connection?

I check my ITC credit report regularly and it is clean as a whistle. I have a good credit score and is in the green. I recently settled a personal loan account at Capitec and a Credit card account at Nedbank as well as a vehicle finance account fully settled few weeks ago at Nedbank MFC.

I today tried to apply for finance at FNB on the online application option. Instantly after submitting the application I got this reply in a big red block:

Thank you for your application. Unfortunately, after careful review of your application, we must decline your request for asset finance at this time.

DECLINED - NO FURTHER ASSESSMENT WILL BE CONSIDERED AT THIS TIME.

So... Since my Trans Union and Experian credit reports are in such good standing, I would like to know why I am so immediately shot down for this application. What is the reason? If there is any good reason, am I not allowed to onow what it is so that I can fix it? How on earth should one fix a problem than prevent one of getring finance when you refuse to give the reasons why you decline a person so fiercely. I am worried, because there is a compulsory section in the application which is unconstitutional and discriminatly because it asks for the applicant's race. And you are fored to fill this in before you can continue with the application. Why? It it really necessary to make race a criteria in any finance application? And since there is not any reason given for being declined, having an excellent credit buro profile, one have no choice but to assume this has got something to do with this.

If this is true... It is shocking considering the time we live in... Being accessed by one's race.
