Financed written off car

Elize Fourie is one of the worst, I am now told to engage the MOISA. After I gave her proof from Mazda South Africa as to when the car was written off. But still they refuse to assist me. She even had photos that she couldn't say whom she got them from but still they don't want to assist me. They are croocks just like the dealer I bought the car from. I will not rest until this matter is sorted.
