***** - FINANCED ON A FRADULENT VEHICLE FOR OVER 2 YEARS

I got financing in July 2021 with Wesbank, and only received my license disk in February 2022 after fighting with the dealership and WesBank because I was paying for the car however driving with a license disk of the previous owner and Wesbank was aware as I did inform WesBank. 2022 I finally got the disk but fast forward to 2024 having struggling mechanically multiple times with the car and spent over R10 000 on the car.

This week I went to Toyota to take my car in for service to try get it into the best shape mechanically since i got stuck on the N1 highway on the 8th of April 2024 only to have Toyota tell me that my cars kilos have been reversed AND the car was stripped before, my vehicle is currently on 163 000km however based on Toyota's history on the car from 2018 (6years ago it was on 220 000km) so it should be around 400 000km - 500 000km estimating to date.

I later went DEKRA to check if my car is roadworthy and only to find that my car was tested *****ulently because I was with the car on the day that the report states that the car was tested.

Service book also a *****, it has false information. Invalid kilos

IM FURIOUS I CAN'T BELIEVE I HAVE BEEN ****** FOR OVER 2 YEARS PAYING A HIGH INSTALLMENT ON A LOW VALUED CAR ESPECIALLY AFTER STRUGGLING FOR SUCH A LONG TIME. WHAT PROCEDURE DO WE FOLLOW WHEN WE HAVE TO REPORT SUCH AN INCIDENT?
