Finance settled in full and Wesbank continues to harrass and debit for payment.

Reference: ********** 1728 & ********** 5328. The above references are for a Triumph Tiger & KTM 1190. Both these accounts had been settled in full on 06/07/2018 & 13/07/2018, any arrears included and proof of settlement sent to Wesbank Finance. This had been advised to Wesbank Finance and still, Wesbank is chasing me for payment on the KTM and trying to debit my account for the Triumph. Is your admin and paperwork not in order that Wesbank ignores proof of settlement and continues debiting? I have now incurred a R150 bounce fee from Standard Bank, which should be reimbursed back to me as Wesbank Finance is the party which doesn't have its affairs in order. Go find the proof of settlement in full, update your records, send me confirmation and reimburse me the R150 bank bounce fee.
