Finance rejected because of foreign drivers licence

<p>I app**** for vehicle finance with Wesbank a couple of days ago. My finance was declined due to the fact that i have a foreign drivers licence. I am a naturalized SA citizen since 2004 and I have a valid SA passport and SA ID. I did not convert my foreign drivers licence when i was naturalized in SA and I have been using an International Drivers Permit which can be used in SA. Wesbank seems to have a problem with me not having a SA Drivers licence. I think this is unfair for them to decline me finance on these grounds as I have a valid International Drivers Permit.</p>
