Finance of ******* dealer

In February 2015 I traded my Porsche Cayenne at Weriba Motors Gesina, for a Mercedes ML. The owner of Weriba Motors, Barnie van Deventer, never settled the Porsche at Wesbank. Now, 5 months later I am still trying to solve this problem with no help from Wesbank. I have send Wesbank proof of 5 other people the ******* dealer is doing in, and telling Wesbank I have a lot more proof of other customers, Wesbank is still doing business with Weriba Motors / Barnie. After paying 5 installments on the Porsche which is standing on Weriba's Floor for sale as Barnie refuses to give it back, as the legal owner, I have been begging Wesbank for weeks for a letter that states that I have been paying the installments on the Porsche, it is seeded to me by the bank and so I am the legal owner and that Barnie v Deventer/Weriba have no legal claim on the Porsche, which I need to get a court order to get my vehicle back. I was told by Mr Brink that Virgil from their legal department will send a letter when he finds time, which still hasn't happened. Wesbank has little regard for loyal customers and do not try to protect their customers against ******* dealers by refusing to finance his ******* deals.
