FICA DOCS FOR WHAT??

<p>I've sent the documents that you need proof of to update my details, TWICE! (ID and proof of address), I cant understand why I need to get a commissioner of oaths stamp for you to accept these docs. Ive been a client for 4 years now and I'm almost done paying for my car, I've never missed a payment nor paid late. I do not have time in my daily busy schedule to go to the bank or the police to certify. Can you then have a service where you deploy people to your clients to stamp these docs that you require commissioner stamps for. Im super annoyed!! </p>
