FICA confusion

<p>I am well versed with the Financial Intelligence Centre Act, 38 of 2001, or FICA as commonly known. I also aware that as a customer it is my responsibility to inform the creditor if my residential address changes. For the past 2 months, i have been trying to update my residential address and everytime i get the same "copy and paste" message. I have been sending FICA compliant documents and no one seem to accept them. Wesbank consultants need to be schooled on the list of acceptable FICA documents. I am done trying to update my address. </p>
