Fees charged after settlement amount paid
<p>I requested a settlement amount for my vehicle and it was R63 766.97. I paid R63 767 on 07/10/2016 toclose the account but noticed that the was an early settlement penalty levied on my account of R3 210. and now my account is no longer settled this is gross misrepresentation and the amount should be reversed. Account number is ********** 4826.</p>
