Feedback on Private Vehicle Financing

<p>Good day,</p> <p><br />I have always been happy with FNB's level of service but for the last three days I have been waiting for feedback on my application for vehicle financing. </p> <p>Once I submitted my application online I was told that the turnaround time was 24hours. Once the 24 hours had passed I still did not receive any feedback. I called the call centre on Tuesday and was told I would get feedback on my application by the end of the day, the same thing happened yesterday and I still have not received any feedback.</p> <p>I understand that they go through a lot of applications but why say that you will provide feedback by the end of the when you cannot deliver on that promise. All I would like to know is if my application was successful or not.</p> <p> </p> <p>Mel</p>
