Faulty car

HelloPeter Please be careful......I bought a car with wesbank. 3 months later the car blew the engine. no warning. no sounds. I then laid a formal complaint with wesbank after the dealer asked me for money for the repairs. wesbank ruled in my favor and sent me an email requesting the deal be uplifted after the dealer failed to fix the car on time with a non-registered mechanic and he was given multiple chances to deliver the car. The day the deal was to be uplifted Wesbank told me the dealer is their client and he is selling cars on behalf of the bank. and I must pay for repairs and take the car as it was. I then laid a complaint with consumer affairs which ruled in my favor stipulating CPA parameters. All I can say is I am still paying for the car which I can't drive a year later. But the bank found nothing wrong on my part and I must understand is business. 8 Months later I decided on collecting the car from the dealer and sell it as the bank was not willing to help, the car broke down again within 24 hours with an engine fault. The bank said I must give the dealer another chance to fix. I drove a car for less than 3 months but I paid wesbank 12 full months. everything is documented. Be careful......
