False Pretense

Regarding the matter i reported to Toyota as well as Wesbank,

I`m paying for a Ford Figo 2015 model, the dealer informed me that they are selling me a Ford Figo 2015 model, I was under the impression that I`m buying a Ford Figo 2015 model, the agreement/contract said that I was getting a Ford Figo 2015 model, but according to Ford South Africa I`m having a Ford Figo 2014 model, I found out the above on the 08/01/2018,

The dealer ****** me, I`m paying for a Ford Figo 2015 model for almost 3 years; but the model of my car is 2014, a Ford Figo 2014 is abviously cheaper then a 2015 model, also the dealer is telling me that the car was registered on the 08/01/2015, according to Ford South Africa my car was manufactured in 2014, so the car can`t be a 2015 model if it was manufactured in 2014, the registration of the car has nothing to do with the year model of the car, I was informed by the consultant who handled the deal that my warranty expires in December 2019 but now Mr Dewald from Toyota Uitenhage is telling me that they wont pay for anything, they are in fault, they sold me a car on false pretense, he is not willing to correct his mistakes,

I`m appealing to you to rectify this or this matter will end up in court????
