False information from agents and consultants

<p>So I was on unpaid maternity leave for four months and could not pay for my car. My UIF took ages for pay out, anyways consultant from Wesbank called me to arrange payment for the amount that is in arrears, I said I can add R1000 extra. done and agreed. My mom passed i had to obviously burry her, then she called again and I told her why i count pay. anyways an agent by the name of Jabu Ntombela called to arrange to pick up the car, I told him all my whereabouts etc and today the case was given to a guy called Tshepo, who was just not listening to anything I had to say, I do understand I mean Jabu made it look like I was running away, mean while he would call and tel me he is coming but not pitch. he wrote a whole lot of **** about how I lie etc etc. I am so upset because I pay my debt, Just had a very rough patch this past three months and unlike thousands of people running away, I tell them I am back at work and their account will be paid off end of August!!!</p>
