On your website it states that you finance cars up to 20 years old. <br> Twice today your system did not allow this. <br> <br> Ref WBM***<br> <br> Please update you marketing if your system does not allow this

An e-mail has been sent to you with details clarifying the actual reason for the finance being declined. It is not because the vehicle is older than 20 years.
