Failure to update ITC listing
I settled my Wesbank account which had been in arrears in February/March of this year upon which I was informed that my credit status would be updated within at most 14 working days as per the new credit amendment act. <br> <br> Fast forward to May 2015 3 months later, this listing was still there. I called Wesbank over a week ago where an undertaking was made to remove this adverse listing within 3 working days. This has not been done and I fail to understand why I am being held to ramsom on matter that the law is quite clear about.<br> <br> I will never ever finance anything through Wesbank again!!!!
