Failure to acknowledge settlement of debt

I financed a vehicle through Liquid Vehicle Finance on the 30th January 2015. On the 16th of March 2015, I requested a settlement amount and settled my debt with them, in full, on the 17th of March 2015. Emailed proof of payment to [Email Removed] To this day, I have not received any acknowledgement of payment and they CONTINUE to send me statements of accounts, stating that I owe them an amount of R162 837,03 and are adamant that they will continue to deduct the monthly premium from my account.<br> <br> QUESTIONS:<br> o WHY has Liquid Vehicle Finance failed to acknowledge that my vehicle has been paid for, in full?<br> o WHY have I received a statement stating that I owe Liquid Vehicle Finance a sum of R162 837,03?<br> o WHAT right does Liquid Vehicle Finance have, to deduct any further funds from my bank account on the 1/04/2015?<br> o WHY has the NaTIS certificate not been release to me?<br> <br> <br> ---<br> Liquid Vehicle Finance, a Division of WesBank.
