FAILLURE TO STOP APPLICATION WITH 24HR NOTICE
I have informed Wesbank viaE-mail to cancel my vehicle finance application just a day after applying for finance. I also contacted them on telephone the lady said I must go to the dealer at Alberton Nash Nissan and I went there with my Wife and we reached an agreement to cancel the purchase on the same day following finance approval.
The used car dealer principal promised that he will inform Wesbank about the outcome of our meeting. Now to my surprise I'm having a debt on my bank profile that I owe the car that I told them to stop the finance.
This is really frustrating since Wesbank tell me that they can only stop the application when they are told to do so by the dealer but I'm the one that's expected to pay that money. Lol

I would like to thank you for doing your utmost best to resolve this issue. I have received documents that shows that the dealer has paid the money back to you for deal cancellation.
The only thing that's remaining is the account is still appearing on my Banking profile and shows as active account that needs to be sorted before you start debiting me for a car that I don't have.
