Failed customer
Good day
My name is Vuyolwethu Zuba , ID number ***. I have been applying for a car through OMODA and it keeps declining on FNB or west bank side but other banks are approving .
I have worked so hard for my credit profile to be good . I’ve been an FNB client for many years and I feel I need to be given this vehicle finance , it is not fair .
I don’t like that I always need to fight to get things done with fnb . Can someone please sort this out as this is not fair .
