Fail to deregister a car in accident 7 years ago

<p>Wesbank failed to de register my car that was in an accident 7 years ago. I only found this out this year. Two months ago I sent my case number, photos etc again for Thembikile Dlamini as she has asked for it but it is still not done. She now only ignores me. I have stopped paying my account as a result as I want this thing of my name and are now stuck with 7 years of fines etc at the traffic department. Thembikile Dlamini has handed me over to VVm and told me I can discuss it with them. They are only debt collecters(who I have settled about two weeks ag o BTW) they can not de register the car, besides, they do not have the registration papers. But Mrs Dlamini just ignores my emails with regards to this. She is a true ambassador for Wesbank. Please be careful when dealing with them. I now cant get this thing of my name as they dont want to help. It was them who messed up in the 1st place. They brag about recording calls. But when I mentioned to Dlamini that she must go get the call where I reported this, she conveniently said they dont have it anymore. If anyone has any advice or a good lawyer who can get this sorted out, please let me know on ********** 460. Im goint to post this everywhere I can, cart blanch if I have to. This is ridiculous</p>
