Extremely unhappy!
In April I requested a payment holiday which was granted after the covid relief fund was granted. I have never accepted the Covid relief account and this was cancelled and debit order reversed when I was granted a payment holiday. On the 2nd of June I saw on my banking app that my vehicle finance account reflected that it was in arrears I immediately queried this with Rodney Nadar via email and he confirmed that my account was not in arrears and that all was in order. As per the agreement I signed the next debit order was set for the 1st of August however this debit order has still not run from my account. Yesterday I saw that this amount has doubled and I'm now told that my account is in arrears of 2 months and I was supposed to have made a cash payment on the 1st of August! I WAS NEVER INFORMED THAT MY ACCOUNT HAD BEEN CHANGED TO A CASH ACCOUNT! I NEVER REQUESTED THAT AND I WAS NEVER TOLD THAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO MAKE A CASH PAYMENT. I now have your legal consultant contact me to make arrangements for the R30 000.00 arrears payment!!! According to my emails and agreements I AM NOT IN ARREARS! I am in the process of purchasing a property if this has affected my credit profile in any way I will be taking this matter to the banking ombud!!! FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!!
