Extremely unhappy

<p>I am very unhappy with your service!!! I requested my trailers paperwork only to find out that the request was never log. I sent an email as requested to which one of your employees’ rep**** even asking for confirmation of my address because I needed the paperwork courier. Today I phoned requesting a tracking number for the package only to find out that “You did not request the documentation”. I have emails that I requested the documents!!! Now I have to wait another 3-5 working days!!!</p>
